Did Marvel Smash The She-Hulk Comic?

Bleedingcool.com reported this past week that The She-Hulk 2022 comic was not in solicitations for August 2023. That lead some to believe that Shulkie’s comic series will end after Issue #15.

She-Hulk / Jennifer Walters explored themes of identity, strength, and challenges faced by a female superhero. Being a big green lawyer, she navigated both the courtroom and the battlefield. She has been a symbol of physical strength, intelligence, and embracing one’s true self.

The comic series debuted in the same year as her Marvel Cinematic Universe counterpart,  on Disney+ to positive reviews

She-Hulk Evolution And Changes

In the 2016 Hulk series, Jennifer went gray and became the new “Hulk” while suffering from PTSD. Then, became sensational She-hulk again.

In the Avengers series that followed, Jen got huge buff. The power-up made her the biggest, bulkiest and strongest she-hulk she’s ever been, hulk-talk and all and calling herself “Hulk” again. But, only to return to her sensational body shape at the end of that run before leaving the team again.

The 2022 She-Hulk Series is a slice-of-life comedy with romance and some hulk action bits. She-Hulk and Titania start a fight club to continue their rivalry and still be friends at the end of the day.

Accolades Of She-Hulk Proportions

The Cover Artist, Jen Bartel was nominated for best Cover Artist in the 2023 Eisner Awards this past week as well.

While we wait to hear about She-Hulk’s fate, we’re left wondering how Marvel will use this character next.  In the meantime, let’s take a moment to celebrate She-Hulk’s impact and the strength she embodies. She smashed through barriers and inspired women to unleash their power.
